We are looking for an experienced Sales Force Manager

Role Objective
Achieve sales and activity targets in the assigned territory by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering high‑quality scientific and product information, and executing territory business plans in line with company strategy. Ensure optimal use of promotional resources while consistently leveraging competitor insights, CRM data, and market feedback to refine tactics and strengthen brand positioning.
Responsibilities
- Manage the assigned territory in line with company strategy, values, and the Territory Business Plan.
- Conduct regular face‑to‑face and remote visits to healthcare professionals to identify needs and promote company products.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical professionals.
- Provide accurate, ethical, and compliant scientific and medical information, process and critically analyze medical and clinical information develop evidence-based promotional and educational materials.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of company medications, therapeutic areas, and competitor activities, adapting tactics to maximize product value.
- Shape and communicate brand positioning and key messages in line with marketing strategy.
- Plan and prepare customer activities, logging all contacts, meetings, and events in CRM
- Submit regular reports and analyses on activities, territory performance, and customer feedback to the superior.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, company policies.
Required skills and qualifications
- Higher education in Medicine, Pharmaceuticals or Biology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
