HR Generalist

Egis Pharmaceuticals Plc. Representative office in Vietnam is looking for a proactive
HR Generalist
to support and develop our HR activities with the planned expansion of the company. The ideal candidate combines solid HR administrative expertise with the ability to independently manage processes, support recruitment, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employment contracts and full HR documentation
- Issue official documents (employment certificates, references, authorizations, etc.)
- Maintain accurate employee records in SAP / Share2 systems
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
2. Recruitment & Talent Aquisitions
- Coordinate recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling)
- Collaborate with external recruitment partners and agencies
- Support hiring managers, organize interviews
- Oversee contracts with recruitment agencies and external headhunters
3. HR Operations & Process Improvement
- Support implementation and improvement of HR processes
- Assist in HR reporting and basic analytics
- Contribute to employee engagement and HR initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
4. Talent Development & Training
- Coordinate and maintain employees’ Development & Career plans in alignment with business and organizational needs
- Support and coordinate the Talent Program
- Organize and coordinate internal and external training programs (including compliance, product, and soft skills trainings)
5. Compensation, Benefits & Employee Engagement
- Manage and administer employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, allowances, bonus-related documentation) in coordination with internal policies and external providers
- Maintain and update benefits records, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Organize and coordinate internal employee events (e.g., family day, team-building activities, celebrations)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and/or Business Administration, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in HR as generalist or specialist
- Strong knowledge of HR administration and recruitment processes
- Experience with HR systems (SAP or similar)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Good understanding of labor law and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Ambition to grow into an HR Partner role
