(Consumer Healthcare)

As an International Marketing Manager...
- You will riport to the Head of International Consumer Head of Marketing
- You will support the strategic and operational commercial activities of the Egis subsidiaries assigned to you.
- You will deal with product, market and competitor analysis at the international and regional level.
- To achieve the set business goals, you must make development proposals for commercial activities (like marketing, sales, product development), and in order to deliver value for consumers, you will lead various marketing projects, in cooperation with partner departments and countries.
- You will participate in the examination of the sales plans of the products belonging to your area, in assessing the reality of the plan, and in supporting the local implementaion
- You will work also partially as a member of a x-functional agile team within the HQ
- You will work closely with the local product manager team, support and mentor them
- This role has a unique learning opportunity, since functional teams, in the role of customer insight manager, you will also participate in the work of other therapeutic areas
- The preparation of professional training materials for promotion will also be part of your work
- You will also have the opportunity to shape the long term future by plying an active role in business developemnt processes.
Requirements:
• University degree, doctor/pharmacist/economist qualification is an advantage
• Pharmaceutical industry experience and/or strong FMCG background
• Minimum 5-7 years of product management and/or business development experience
• Strong brand marketing knowledge
• High-level English language skills both orally and in writing
• Knowledge of MS Office, high-level knowledge of Excel experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Assertive, proactive attitude
• Good organizational skills
• Dynamic personality, enthusiastic attitude
