FP&A - Senior Controller

As a Senior Controller you will be part of the Financial Planning and Analysis Department responsible for Egis Group’s forecast, mid- and long-term plans and developing the planning tools and processes.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the Group’s existing planning & forecasting processes
• Deeply understanding and analysing different sections of Egis’ financial plans
• Developing / updating methods of analysing plan (and actual) figures in cooperation with reporting and functional controlling teams
• Improving the planning tools & processes on your own / managing projects aiming such improvements
• Preparing presentations on plans / planning methods
• Taking part in the implementation process of SAP S/4 in the near future

Requirements:

• University degree in finance or business-related field
• Min. 5 experience in a similar position
• Strong analytical skills and solid controlling background
• Confident usage of ERP system preferably SAP
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal) 
• Hungarian language is a must
• Experience in project management
• Work independently with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to establish effective working relationships with functional controlling teams
• positive and can-do attitude
• Proactively seeking new opportunities to develop procedures and lead continuous improvements initiatives

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of IBM Cognos TM1 / Microstrategy / SAP S/4 HANA is a plus
• Work experience in pharma / healthcare / chemical industry / FMCG is a plus
