KAM distributors and pharmacy chains
Location: Bucharest
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with key customers (distributors and pharmacy chains), serving as the main point of contact within the organization.
- Understanding the needs, objectives and challenges of key accounts and developing solutions
- Collaborating with internal promotion: sales, marketing, as well as product development and launch and customer support teams, to provide value-added solutions for key accounts and the organization.
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Conducting regular meetings and communications with key accounts to analyze performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for collaboration and expansion.
- Negotiating the terms of collaboration with key accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and policies.
- Monitoring market trends, competition activities and industry developments related to key accounts and formulating proposals to adjust the strategy accordingly.
- Providing management and internal stakeholders with accurate and timely reports on key account performance, sales forecasts, necessary tools, and market and competition information.
- Identifying and resolving potential issues with key accounts in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and development.
- Attending industry events and networking activities to promote the organization and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Maintaining detailed records of interactions, transactions, and communications with key accounts.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing or related field
- Proactive personality, up to date with industry best practices and customer trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market, which promotes a culture of professionalism and excellence within the organization.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, a good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market
- Previous experience in the consumer health segment
- Proven experience in key account management, sales or business development roles, preferably in the B2B sector.
- A good understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and account management techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop and execute account plans.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals and providing value for both parties.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
- Impact and power of persuasion
- Average knowledge of computer operation
- Fluency in English
- Category B driving license and availability for travel.
