EGIS Rompharma SRL is hiring for an indefinite period in the position of
IT MANAGER (HYBRID)
Location: Bucharest
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ensuring the functioning of the information systems used by EGIS, as well as their efficiency and compatibility.
- development of hardware and IT systems and proposals for future IT objectives
- preparing, updating and ensuring consistency with EGIS Group standards of IT policies and procedures, including:
- Operational, procurement and planning regulations,
- IT software and hardware standards,
- IT Security Policy,
- ensures the compliance of existing IT systems and infrastructure, as well as data management rules with the security policy.
- ensures the optimization of the costs of IT equipment and software in EGIS.
- manages cooperation with suppliers of IT equipment and systems, including:
- Providing an opinion on supplier recommendations,
- Supervising the quality of the equipment and services delivered,
- Ensuring compliance with data protection standards,
- Cost monitoring.
- proposes IT investments as well as cost budgets and subsequently manages and reports budget usage and potential deviations from the budget.
- executes and coordinates the IT budget planning within the EGIS Branch and with EGIS INT IT Manager
- coordinates, supervises the availability and quality of local and external help desk services, IT systems administration and equipment maintenance.
- provides support to be compliant with personal data protection regulations (GDRP).
- manages the administration of IT equipment, including computers, peripheral devices, phones, tablets and licenses:
- Creating, updating and implementing policies for the use of IT equipment,
- Monitoring and controlling license and subscription usage
- Managing the lifetime management of equipment (purchase, use, recycling, damage).
- is responsible for employee development: creates development plans, monitors their execution, provides feedback.
- monitors the effectiveness of the process, reports the KPIs and the status of the project to the Board of Directors.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Experience in the corporate environment
- Advanced knowledge of computer operation, advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Advanced knowledge of AZURE, MS AD, PowerShell (optional: ZSCALER, Checkpoint, VMWare)
- Advanced experience in database management and reporting
- Ability to understand business-related processes and interface with IT
- Ability and intent to improve IT infrastructure and operations
- Experience in at least one widely used programming language
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education (BA/MA)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT and experience in project management,
- Proactive attitude, flexibility, dynamism
Impact and power of persuasion
- Category B driving license and availability for travel.
