Role Objective
Drive sustainable sales growth in the assigned region by leading and developing the field team, optimizing promotional budgets and resources, and ensuring disciplined execution of regional business plans. Continuously leverage competitor insights and market analysis to refine strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and maximize the impact of promotional activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales and business plans aligned with company objectives and sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regional performance to identify new sales opportunities.
- Ensure optimal territory coverage and effective allocation of promotional budgets, resources, and activities.
- Lead, coach, and motivate Medical Representatives, conducting regular field visits and joint customer calls.
- Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and conduct formal performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and strategic partners (key opinion leaders).
- Support strategic customer negotiations and partnership initiatives to drive regional growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement campaigns, educational programs, and product strategies.
- Ensure the team maintains up-to-date scientific, product, and therapeutic area knowledge.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, preparing regular business reviews and actionable performance analyses.
- Maintain exemplary customer service standards to differentiate the company from competitors.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, industry codes, company policies, and pharmacovigilance requirements.
- Oversee accurate reporting, documentation, and adverse event reporting across the region.
- Organize, attend, and support industry events, conferences, and other promotional activities.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and industry developments to guide the team effectively.
Required skills and qualifications
- Degree preferably in Medicine or Pharmacy or Economics
- Good command of English
- At least 5 years of previous experience in pharmaceutical products sales.
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Responsible and serious attitude to the performance of your professional duties;
- Team worker attitude
- Ability to take prompt and decisive actions, excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
