Your Mission: As our National Sales Force Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving sales targets, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring our continued success in the market. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve business goals in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Lead with Impact: Inspire and lead Regional Managers and Medical Representatives to exceed their sales targets through clear direction, motivation, and professional development.
  • Drive Results: Manage and optimize regional budgets, sales forecasts, and new product launch plans to maximize market share and revenue growth.
  • Build Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with key accounts and establish new connections with healthcare professionals and industry partners.
  • Market Insight: Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and ensure our competitive edge across all product lines.
  • Train and Develop Teams: Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales force while fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability.
  • Promotional Excellence: Oversee execution of corporate promotional strategies while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
  • Track and Report: Analyze sales data, competitors’ performance, and team results, and deliver actionable insights to drive decision-making.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in medicine, economics, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience leading pharmaceutical sales teams and implementing sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of achieving results.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English (oral and written) and native Kazakh.
  • Solid computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
  • A valid driving license and flexibility for travel.
  • Deep knowledge of therapeutic areas relevant to our portfolio and a passion for the pharmaceutical industry.
