Are you ready to lead scientific excellence in Oncology?

We are looking for a strategic and field-oriented Medical Advisor Oncology to join our Adriatic team. In this role, you will be the primary scientific bridge between our innovative portfolio and the medical community in Croatia and Slovenia.

Location: Zagreb, Croatia (Covering Croatia & Slovenia)
Field Activity: 40% Field-based

What You Will Do:

  • Build Partnerships: Map and engage with top-tier KOLs to establish our company as a scientific leader in Solid Tumors and Hematology.
  • Drive Strategy: Develop local Medical Plans and provide scientific insights that shape our commercial and market access strategies.
  • Advance Science: Identify clinical trial opportunities and lead high-level medical education initiatives like Advisory Boards and Symposia.
  • Ensure Excellence: Oversee medical compliance (IFI/FORUM codes) and act as the go-to therapeutic expert for the Adriatic region.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a PhD in Life Sciences.
  • You have a proven track record in Medical Affairs, specifically within the Oncology therapeutic area.
  • You are a master communicator who can translate complex clinical data into actionable insights.
  • You are fluent in Croatian and English (Slovenian is a big plus).
  • You are proactive, ethically driven, and ready to travel (40% field presence).
