The main responsibilities of the selected candidate are:

• Preparation and monitoring of annual Sales Forecast for given products

• Develop and implement marketing strategy and annual plan

• Planning, coordination and evaluation of marketing campaigns

• Designing and adapting marketing materials

• Competition tracking
• Development of new product launches from idea to completion

• Marketing cost planning, monitoring and management

• Liaising with suppliers, consultants, partners, associate department and various departments within Servier

• Developing pricing strategy

• Establish medical background, search for relevant articles, implement content in strategy/training/promotional materials after medical approval

• Network and collaboration with leading experts in the therapeutic area
• P&L Management

We expect from the candidate:

• A master’s degree in biomedical sciences
• Understanding of the Croatian market
• At least 5 years of experience in managing Rx products; experience in working with cardiologists and nephrologists
• Active knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in medical communication
• Managing multiple projects in parallel
• Independence, dynamism, motivation, good organizational skills
• Results-oriented, structured thinking, proactive, positive personality
• Possession of a category B driving license
• Active use of MS Office programs
• Computer skills at a user level
