Mission: As the IT Manager at our manufacturing plant, you will be responsible for applying the IT Department’s strategy on site, ensuring the seamless operation of our infrastructure, and providing high-level user support. You will lead a dedicated team, aligning technology with the current and future needs of the Servier Group in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Create and execute IT development policies and infrastructure strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Team Management: Lead and develop the IT team, ensuring high competence levels and a culture of innovation that empowers creativity and ownership
- Driving Change: Identify key challenges and boldly turn them into opportunities for impactful change.
- Systems & Infrastructure: Ensure compliance with legal and corporate regulations, including their implementation and maintenance.
- Compliance (GMP & Cybersecurity): Ensure the implementation and maintaining the legal and corporate rules.
- Budget & Investment: Manage operational and investment budgets, planning capital expenditures for modern IT solutions while ensuring cost optimization.
- Project Management: Supervise the implementation of internal and corporate IT projects, focusing on continuous improvement and digitalization.
- Collaboration: Partner with global Servier IT teams and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT, with at least 3 years in a managerial/team leadership role.
- Education: Higher education degree (IT, Engineering, or related).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems (technical and functional aspects).
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing processes and support systems. Knowledge of GxP/GMP and Annex 11 is highly desirable.
- Project Management: Proven track record in managing IT system implementation projects.
- Languages: English at an advanced level (C1/B2+) for effective communication within the international structures of the Servier Group.
- Tools: Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and modern data communication solutions.
