Digital Transformation Lead

.

Servier is looking for a Digital Transformation Lead to drive the development and execution of the digital transformation portfolio within our manufacturing environment. Working closely with site leadership, Industry Digital Transformation teams, and key business stakeholders, this role will translate digital opportunities into sustainable business value and ensure successful adoption of digital solutions.

 

Your responsibilities

Digital Transformation

  • Develop the site/business digital transformation vision, roadmap, and portfolio in alignment with site and Industry strategy and the overall Industry digital transformation roadmap.
  • Prioritize and oversee execution of the site/business Data, Digital & IS portfolio.
  • Ensure reliable and timely reporting on digital project progress, proactively addressing issues and escalating when required.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the Industry Digital Transformation Office (DTO).
  • Oversee the development of business cases and the tracking and reporting of delivered benefits.
  • Coordinate digital maturity assessments and translate their outcomes into improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the Industry Digital Transformation community of practice, promoting continuous improvement, learning, and rapid adoption of digital solutions.
  • Identify digital upskilling and awareness needs and support employee engagement in relevant development programmes.
  • Lead change management activities to ensure sustainable adoption of digital solutions and measurable business value.

 

Data & Analytics

  • Lead and coordinate data exploration and analysis to generate relevant insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure the development and long-term sustainability of Power BI reports in line with applicable guidelines and best practices.
  • Promote the effective use of Core Models and BigQuery for data analysis.
  • Share best practices and information on locally developed data assets with the Industry Data Office and Data Analyst community.
  • Increase adoption of data assets across the site/functions to improve performance and business outcomes.
  • Contribute, on a project basis, to the co-development of corporate data products.

 

Leadership & collaboration

  • Lead and supervise a team responsible for data analytics and digital project delivery.
  • Motivate, develop, and support the team in achieving operational excellence.
  • Build strong cooperation with site leaders, DDIS leaders, and the wider Digital Transformation community.
  • Manage sensitive situations and cross-functional conflicts professionally, fostering constructive collaboration.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in process engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or supply environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of value creation in manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital transformation, programme or portfolio management, and change management.
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate the delivery of digital and data initiatives.
  • Strategic thinking, systems thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong digital awareness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, flexible approach and the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Adaptability and a continuous-learning mindset, with an interest in evolving digital practices, techniques, and technologies.
  • English at minimum B2 level.

 

Nice to have

  • Advanced Power BI data-visualisation skills.
  • SQL proficiency.
  • Experience with BigQuery / Google Cloud Platform.
