Tibsovo Product Lead

MAIN FOCUS AND MISSION:
This position is entrusted with leading the strategic planning and execution of product development and marketing initiatives for Tibsovo in AML, with the aim of advancing patient care and delivering on our business objectives. The role calls for deep expertise in the therapeutic area, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to drive success with cross-functional partners.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as a core member of the local Tibsovo AML launch team, partnering closely with S&P, Sales, and Medical.
• Develop and implement local brand strategies that align with the company's objectives and global brand strategy, in close collaboration with two direct reports
• Provide coaching and development support to strengthen team capabilities and performance.
• Closely collaborate with local AML TAEs to foster a relationship with them.
• Undertake local market research to assess customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Partner with Sales, Medical, S&P, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and effective advancement of product development activities.
• Direct the development and execution of marketing plans to support product launches and ongoing promotional activities.
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret product performance, sales data, and market feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
• Provide support for sales teams and other stakeholders to ensure product knowledge and effective selling strategies in collaboration with a local training team.
• Provide leadership to the team and the organization to ensure rigorous adherence to all applicable industry regulations and internal compliance requirements.
YOUR PROFILE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
Hard skills/ Expertise:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product development and regulatory processes.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Soft skills:
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire team members, fostering engagement and sustained high performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
• Good level of in English
