職務概要:

• GQPの品質保証業務全般（製造場所の確認、必要書類の作成、出荷判定、苦情処理、逸脱処理、変更管理等）
• グローバルと協業した品質関連活動
• 製造委託先との製品に関する連携
• QMSの構築及び維持改善：GQP省令等を遵守した手順の確立及び維持管理
• 製造販売承認更新のための当局調査への準備、受査、改善活動
• 自己点検：品質システムおよびその実施状況を評価し、手順が適切に遵守されていることの確認
• 出荷判定に関する一連の業務
• Supply, 薬事チームとのコミュニケーションを通じた製品の安定供給
• 品質保証責任者へ適切な報告と相談

応募要件:

• 化学、生化学、薬学等の学士号または同等の学位保持者
• 品質保証および製造管理、品質管理業務の経験を有する方
• 日本語および英語でのコミュニケーション能力を有すること
• 高いモチベーションを持ち、対人関係に長けている方
• 対人能力（協調性、信頼性、積極性、交渉力、チームワーク、革新性、透明性）
• GMPもしくはGQPでの経験を有する方（GMP経験者を歓迎）
• 医薬品製造業と製販業で品質保証としての業務経験（3年以上を歓迎）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル
• 製薬業界での品質保証としての実務経験および医薬品製造現場（QA、QC、技術/バリデーション、製造など）での製造管理及び品質管理経験（3年以上）
