Product Trainer, Solid Tumor

MAIN FOCUS AND MISSION:
- Design and implementation of training plans for the launch of new products, additional indication, etc.
- Identification of issues with assigned products and design and implementation of training plans to resolve those issues
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement training plans for employees to promote the proper use of assigned products
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify issues with assigned products and formulate training objectives and implementation plans
- Participate in trainer training and product training provided by the French HQ
- Collaborate with product training staff at the French HQ
- Create training materials and disseminate them to relevant employees
- Plan and implement group training
- Plan and implement follow-up training
- Monitor learning progress
- Establish criteria for evaluating training outcomes and implement them
- Provide product training to employees requiring product knowledge (including newly hired employees)
- Manage systems operated by the MR Certification Center and participate in meetings
YOUR PROFILE:
University graduate or higher (preferably in a science-related field)
Hard skills/ Expertise:
Required:
- Basic knowledge of all aspects of cancer treatment
- At least 3 years of experience in practical activities providing information about anticancer drugs to medical professionals, or supporting such activities
- Experience in developing oncology med reps
- Knowledge of standards regulating pharmaceutical company activities, such as Fair Competition Code and Guidelines for Sales Information Provision Activities
- PC skills to facilitate smooth work operations (Microsoft Office, online meetings, etc.)
- Problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
- Excellent presentation skills
- Facilitation skills for training and meetings
- Experience in mentoring and motivating teams and members
- Strong desire to interact with the French HQ
Preferred:
- Experience in planning and implementing training for oncology MRs
- Managerial experience
- Qualifications related to talent development
- English communication skills at an intermediate level or higher
Other:
- Participation in training provided by the French HQ is required.
- Support for training unrelated to assigned products will also be provided.
