Performance Manager

MAIN FOCUS AND MISSION:
The Performance Manager plays a crucial role in the affiliate transformation, aligning the business towards becoming a high-performing, data-driven organization. This role manages a lead responsible on developing and implementing BI solutions that support data-driven decision-making within the organization. The Performance Manager is also manage a lead for Field (Sales) Force Excellence. Additionally, this role requires working closely with different stakeholders across the business to understand their business needs, data needs, produce high-quality insights and analyses, design and deliver comprehensive reports, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and lead the Performance management function, consisting of Performance manager, BI & Data lead, and Field force excellence Lead.
- Strengthen cooperation with related departments and promote the improvement of the performance of the entire organization, the scope is not limited to Commercial but to covers other departments in the company.
- Manage the team to develop and operate dashboard that integrate company wide data source and visualize the performance indicators.
- Guide the team to collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements to produce actionable insights and analyses that support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery of BI solutions.
- Plan and organize the training and support to end-users to promote effective use of BI tools and resources.
- Manage the BI & Data lead to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI platforms.
- Instruct and coach the Field Force Excellence (FFE) Lead on performing the duties as Sales budget allocation, KPI setting and monitoring, Field activity analysis, Sales incentive planning and evaluation, competitors sales analysis, field force territory deployment, etc.
- Organize and facilitate skills trainings.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business administration, Information Systems or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding on Field force Performance analysis.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously with priorities.
- Understanding in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Basic understanding on database management, data warehousing, data management, and data governance concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
