Performance Manager

MAIN FOCUS AND MISSION:

The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager plays a crucial role in the affiliate transformation, aligning the business towards becoming a high-performing, data-driven organization. This role involves developing and implementing BI solutions that support data-driven decision-making within the organization. The BI Manager is responsible for administering and managing data systems and platforms that enable data insights for various departments. Additionally, this role requires working closely with different stakeholders across the business to understand their data needs, produce high-quality insights and analyses, design and deliver comprehensive reports, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data

 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including data warehouses, data marts, dashboards, and reports using HQ solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Produce actionable insights and analyses that support business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI platforms.
  • Develop and track KPIs to evaluate business systems, ensuring data quality, standards, integration, compliance, and security.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to promote effective use of BI tools and resources.
  • Stay updated with the latest BI systems internal advancements and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
  • Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery of BI solutions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.

 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database management. Experience with Big Query / Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
  • Experience with data warehousing, data management, and data governance concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related domain is a plus.
