BI & Data Lead

MAIN FOCUS AND MISSION:
The BI & Data lead plays a crucial role in the affiliate transformation, aligning the business towards becoming a high-performing, data-driven organization. This role is responsible on developing and implementing BI solutions that support data-driven decision-making within the organization. The BI & Data lead is also responsible on creating data governance plan and creating data platform for Japan. This role requires working closely with different stakeholders across the business to understand their business and data needs so that high-quality insights and analyses is produced and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
Key Responsibilities :
- Creating Data platform for Japan
- Gather data from all the department in Google Cloud Platform, including integration of data from local systems. Data includes such as Sales (Ex-Factory, Consumption, etc.), Activity (MR visit, Dr webinar attendance, etc.), Market (IQVIA, Ultmark, Patients, etc.).
- Translate business requirement into technical solutions.
- Clean the data while ensuring they can match in Servier Japan System.
- Link local data with global systems.
- Development of dashboards and solutions for becoming a data driven affiliate.
- Develop dashboard, reports, and data solutions.
- Ensure dashboard are always based on the latest data, performing regular updates and maintenance.
- Work closely with FFE lead to understand business requirement, collect user feedback and implement functional improvement to dashboard.
- Suggest innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data platform Development and Management, Business intelligence, Data analytics, or Information system, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies:
- Hands-on experience integrating various local systems (Sales, Activity, Market data, etc.) with a central data platform and linking them with global systems.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions that drive decision-making.
- Understanding in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding on Database management, Programming languages, Data warehousing and Data lake concepts, Data governance skills is a plus.
