Associate Product Manager, Onivyde

MAIN FOCUS AND MISSION:
This position will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of product development and marketing activities for Onivyde to contribute to patients and to achieve our business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of the therapeutic area, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promotion Planning: Develop and execute Onivyde promotion and campaign while communicating with Onivyde lead, other marketing members, sales and relevant departments.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and understand customer needs related to the product.
- Collaboration with Sales: Provide direction and objection handler to the sales team and supply sales support materials to realize effective communication with HCPs.
- Team Coordination: Strengthen collaboration within the team and with other departments.
- Support Onivyde Lead to develop and implement local brand strategies that align with the company's goals and global brand strategies.
- Closely collaborate with local TAEs to foster a relationship with them.
- Collaborate with sales, medical, S&P and other teams to ensure timely and successful product development.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, sales data, and market feedback to make informed decisions.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Hard skills/ Expertise:
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product promotion and relevant regulations.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- High motivation and commitment to achieve business goals.
Soft skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
English skill. (Benchmark: TOEIC L&R 600)
