MAIN FOCUS AND MISSION:
- Improvement of communication skills between med reps and Medical Professionals.
- Planning and implementation of training programs aimed at improving the coaching skills of regional managers.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implementation of training plans for med reps to improve communication skills.
- Development and utilization of evaluation criteria
- Site visits, feedback, mentoring, and evaluation
- Planning and implementation of skills improvement training
- Design and implementation of training plans to strengthen the coaching skills of regional managers.
- Verification of regional managers’ coaching skills through three-way visits (med reps, regional managers, skill trainer)
YOUR PROFILE:
University graduate or higher (preferably in a science-related field)
Hard skills/ Expertise:
Required:
- Excellent communication skills (in-person, online, email, etc.)
- Experience working in training oncology med reps.
- Over 5 years of field activity experience as an oncology med rep.
- Experience in university hospitals and core hospitals.
- Experience in EPPV & PMS implementation.
- Knowledge of standards regulating pharmaceutical company activities, such as Fair Competition Code and Guidelines for Sales Information Provision Activities.
- Knowledge and skill to operate a CRM system like Veeva.
- PC skills to facilitate smooth work operations (Microsoft Office, online meetings, etc.)
- Strong interest in the development of med reps’ field abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Facilitation skills for training and meetings.
- Experience in mentoring and motivating teams and members.
Preferred:
- Managerial experience.
- Experience as a field trainer.
- Possession of coaching-related qualifications.
- English communication skills.
Other:
- Those who are able to travel nationwide.
- Support for product training as needed.
