【Contract 】Accounting Assistant

MAIN FOCUS AND MISSION:

Nihon Servier is seeking a motivated Accounting Assistant to support accurate and timely financial
reporting. This position reports to the Accounting Manager.
The Accounting Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Nihon Servier Accounting team by
ensuring timely and accurate data entry in accounting systems and supporting financial reporting
activities. The role will also assist with accounting-related system implementation projects.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

・Support daily accounting operations, including accounts payable to vendors and Headquarter
・Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities, including preparation of journal entries and financial
     reporting (including HFM)
・Maintain accounting data and documentation, including daily General Ledger input in accounting system
・Support preparation of audit documentation and evidence for internal and external audits
・Assist in system and process operations, including system implementation projects(JAZZ)
・Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager
・Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager

YOUR PROFILE:

Hard skills/ Expertise:
・More than 3 years of accounting experience (Level2 Bookkeeping minimum)
・Knowledge of accounting principles
・Basic English reading and writing skills
・Ability to extract data from systems and organize into reports; understanding accounting data structure
・Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level)
・Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
・Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)
Soft skills:
・Team oriented and good communication and work relationship.
・Hands on and proactive attitude
・Good self-management skills
