Report to: Engineering & Maintenance Manager
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Oversee the Industrial Projects and Processes area at the Chemical Plant.
- Lead and develop the assigned team, managing all projects, technical shut down, external contractors.
- Make technical decisions and establish solutions.
2nd line Manager
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Project management, including process and planning:
- Implement projects based on the site's Master Plan and follow the Project Process.
- Apply the Project Process to all CAPEX projects on site.
- Plan projects with a 3-year vision and at least a clear line for 2 years.
- Use corporate software to organize the project portfolio.
- Responsible for budget and timely planning within the budget.
Annual Technical Shutdown:
- Apply the Shutdown Process developed by Servier Industry.
- Determine the Work List for the shutdown, including Projects and Maintenance.
- Develop the entire shutdown plan according to the process.
- Manage the shutdown and on-site personnel, including external companies.
- Responsible for all HSE aspects during the shutdown.
Contractor and Procurement Management for CAPEX Projects:
- Manage all commercial relationships with external companies related to projects.
- Collaborate with the procurement department to implement contractual relationships.
External Engineering Management and Dedicated Team at Oril:
- Responsible for the Toledo project process.
- Central contact point for all CAPEX projects with external engineering.
- Develop the relationship and functional scheme with ORIL to outsource part of the engineering to ORIL.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS – TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
- Technical or Higher Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in the same position. (Other training will be considered with more than 6 years of experience in the same position)
- High level of English. B2
- Proficient in project software and Office tools.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and team management in industrial environments, preferably in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector.
Desirable: Knowledge of GMP and Environmental, legal, and compliance regulations.
