Stage Business Process Improvement for Managed Access Programs

Department : Global Medical & Patient Affairs (GMPA) Operations - Oncology

Your mission/impact:

Under the oversight of a GMPA Business Process Owner, you contribute to the process improvement for our Managed Access Programs (MAP), across all therapeutic Areas (Oncology, CMVD, Neurology) and considering Local and Global programs

Your contributions will directly impact the robustness and compliance of our MAPs and ensure early and equitable patient access to our innovative treatment.

Key responsibilities/what you will do:

• Define and improve the Managed Access Program (MAP) process

• • • • Benchmark current processes against industry standards
      • Participate and facilitate cross-functional workshops and discussions to harmonize terminology and clarify offers from various departments (R&D, Medical Affairs, Patient Affairs)
      • Refine the MAP process SOP and produce user guides

• Develop training materials including e-learning modules for global/local teams and define training assignment for various MAP stakeholders
• Design key indicators related to process performance
• Coordinate with data/system owners that fit-for-purpose tools/systems are available and meet users' needs

You will work in close collaboration with :

• The Global Medical Operations team
• The Medical leads responsible for Managed Access Programs
• The global Health Equity and Patient Affairs teams
• The GMPA Digital/AI team
• The training department
• Internal and External experts as needed

Your profile:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive student with a strong interest in medical process improvement, eager to learn and invest in a dynamic global environment.

Required skills:

• Education : Student in 6th year of Pharmacy or Last-year Engineer/business school student in a Medico-scientific field
• Hard and soft skills: 
  • Strong interest in medical & scientific processes.
  • Absolutely fluent in spoken and written English, with proven ability to produce concise and synthetic written reports, SOPs or training materials.
  • Excellent communication skills, essential for facilitating and coordinating work with subject matter experts within and across departments.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Pragmatism and a solution-driven mindset, with the ability to find practical solutions to evolve and harmonize current processes.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in clinical studies management is a plus (Phase 3b, Real World Evidence, early access patient programs, IIT Program)
