Your mission/impact:

As a Health Equity Junior Manager (Apprentice), you will actively participate in defining and deploying the Group’s health equity strategy, within a cross-functional team operating at the intersection of medical strategy and sustainable development. In a context of transformation and strong commitment to reducing avoidable health disparities, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Data Analysis and Strategic Intelligence: conducting research on pharmaceutical industry best practices and designing data collection tools (dashboards, reports) for internal monitoring.
  • Project Management: steering the development of the "Health Equity" roadmap and ensuring the operational follow-up of ongoing initiatives and programs.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: collaborating cross-functionally with key functions (R&D, Industry, Medical, Operations) and supporting the communication of progress made.

Your Profile:

We are looking for a student passionate about public health, equity, and access to healthcare, with a strong desire to learn and invest themselves in a dynamic and international environment.

Required Skills:

  • Education: Student in medicine or pharmacy, or a Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, or any health-related field. A first experience in the pharmaceutical industry, public health, or an NGO is an asset.
  • Hard Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting; excellent research and analytical skills; fluency in English is essential (written and oral), French is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Commitment and passion for health equity; strategic and business vision; excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit; organization and autonomy.
