HR & Change Lead Morphe'us (M/W)

You will hold the role of HRBP for the Morphe'us program, an ERP launched worldwide, impacting the Finance, IT and Industry perimeters (with a first implementation following global design on the Arklow site in Ireland from October 2024). You will ensure that human resources and change management are in line with the program's objectives, working closely with the hierarchy of the entities within the scope concerned. You provide support for program leaders and team members. You will define and implement HR recognition and career development processes for all players, and manage the program's change management program.
You will be responsible for
- assisting the program's leads with HR issues
- building and steering the program's change management roadmap
- ensuring synergy with HRBPs in the relevant areas
- coordinating the program in setting up the necessary resources (internal and external recruitment),
- monitoring onboard staff in terms of commitment, performance, career prospects and training
- implementation of motivation mechanisms and management of remuneration components and their evolution
- recruiting, integrating and monitoring permanent positions for Corporate IS, Finance and Industry.
You will participate in:

Steering the Human Resources aspects of the program.

Ensuring the efficiency of human resources by seeking the best use of each person's talents and skills;

Identifying special talents and experts to be developed and retained;

Supporting the program's change process by integrating all aspects, from communication to anticipating skills development needs.
Your role is to:
- Advising and making suggestions to program managers, with a view to improving existing systems and boosting performance.
- Facilitator, to ensure effective cross-functional communication between staff, hierarchies and management.
- Workforce management and compensation management (regular reporting of HR indicators).
- Ensuring the quality of the social climate and life at work, by being close to employees, listening to them and discussing issues with program teams, while taking care to prevent RPS.
- Participate in workspace layouts and ensure compliance with the current charter.

Committed to proximity, you are as much at ease in conceptual aspects as in the day-to-day support of managers and teams. Able to distance yourself from events and manage scheduling requirements, you remain positive and solution-oriented.
You will report to the Industry HRBP and functionally to the Morphe'us cross-functional lead.
