Group Performance & Compliance HSE Lead (M/W)

You will be responsible for the implementation and management of the HSE performance and compliance processes for the Group. You will contribute to the design and implementation of measures to minimise operational risks and ensure rigorous compliance with HSE regulations and standards.
Specific Responsibilities:
- HSE Performance :
- Develop, monitor and manage the monitoring strategy of HSE indicators for the Group, all divisions.
- Develop the Group's HSE standards taking into account the strategic objectives and adapted to the business divisions.
- To guarantee the reliability of HSE data.
- Develop and track processes, KPIs, and associated action plans.
- Analyze performance and propose appropriate strategic objectives.
- Contribute to the Group's reporting systems and task forces where HSE presence is required.
- HSE compliance :
- Align the Group's standards and develop/modify them in accordance with regulatory changes
- Propose a document management system
- Manage the regulatory monitoring process for the group (international)
- Ensure compliance with (international) HSE regulations and internal standards
- Developing an internal and external audit system: methodology and timeline
- Develop and train a network of internal HSE auditors – Set up external supervisory audit contracts when necessary
- Carry out field audits in France and abroad
- Propose and follow action plans
- Monitor the compliance of the Group's sites, carry out compliance mapping
- Support, advice, training:
- Provide advice on HSE performance and compliance
- Develop training programs for operational teams.
- Promote a proactive safety culture within the organization.

Qualifications and Experiences Required:
Academic background & experiences
- Bac+5 in HSE with a good knowledge of regulations and HSE standards (ISO45001 – ISO14001)
- Experience in an international context required – oral and written English essential
- 7 to 10 years minimum
- Pharmaceutical industry experience required
- Certified auditor profile would be a plus
- International internal mobility possible
Hard Skills
- Analytical skills, strength of proposal and ability to solve complex problems.
- Knowledge in the following safety areas: process safety, chemical safety, technical safety, fire protection.
- Knowledge in the following environmental fields: water management, soil remediation.
- Office pack, appetite for IT tools
- Travel in France and abroad required
