We lead the development and adaptation of the Group's strategy, monitor its implementation, and undertake strategic missions entrusted by the President or ExCom. Key Responsibilities: As a Director, Group Strategic Projects, you will be a key player in our strategic planning and execution. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the annual strategic planning cycle, including the 10-year Group strategic plan, Asset/TA plans, and medium-term plans for selected functions.
- Ensuring consistency between the medium-term strategic plans of various departments and the 10-year strategy, while supporting strategic planning methodologies.
- Providing arbitration tools for major strategic decisions and supporting the implementation of significant strategic projects.
- Offering Project Management support for key cross-functional projects, aiding in the assessment and strategic recommendations to top management.

- Strong strategic and financial analysis skills to support strategic planning and evaluation of major decisions.
- Ability to interact effectively with technical, scientific, and business teams in an international environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interactions and solve complex problems, including with senior executives.
- Proven ability to plan, implement, and coordinate complex, transversal, and multidimensional projects.
- Capability to connect various topics and people to achieve objectives.
- Talent for presenting complex matters in a simple and engaging way.
- Leadership qualities to influence decisions, teams, and communicate at all organizational levels to develop solutions.
Desired Profile:
- Leadership and team player mindset.
- Analytical and empathetic personality.
Experience and Training:
- Mandatory experience in the pharmaceutical industry in operational and/or strategic positions (experience in several functions strongly desired).
- Minimum of 3-5 years in strategy consulting (strongly desired).Experience in an international environment and large group headquarters (desired).
- Scientific studies with preferably an MBA.
- 10-15 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or consulting.
- Fluent English is essential.
