We are currently recruiting for the position of:
 

MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE

Dalmatia Region

 

What you would be responsible for:

  • Performing medical calls to doctors and pharmacists at an assigned territory;
  • Ensuring optimal territory coverage and frequency by developing journey plans;
  • Conducting analysis of own business performance in the territory;
  • Strong relationship building with customers by continuously delivering scientific knowledge of value to customers;
  • Organizing Doctor Group Meetings and Round Tables in agreement with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Supporting organization of customer educational programs;
  • Utilizing customer relation management database system on daily basis;
  • Participating in team meetings with own territory analysis and proposals for improvement.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Professional Experience: 

  • University Degree in Medical, Pharmaceutical or Dentistry Science
  • Driver’s license B category
  • PC Literacy: Microsoft Office Package active user
  • Multi-channel promotion experience is desired
  • 1 to 5 years of in-field experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Effective communication and influencing skills
  • Analytical skills with proactive approach to own field of activities
  • Upper intermediate command of English language
