Product Manager (Hemato-Oncology)

This role is responsible to drive the strategy, planning, and execution of assigned oncology products in both Singapore & Malaysia to achieve business objectives while ensuring compliant and patient-centric promotion.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:


• Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans across Singapore and Malaysia, aligned with global and local priorities
• Gather and translate market, customer, and competitor insights into actionable plans
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
• Lead development of promotional materials and campaigns across channels
• Support sales force training and enablement
• Collaborate with Market Access on pricing and reimbursement initiatives
• Support product launches and lifecycle management
• Monitor performance and optimize plans based on data and market changes
• Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively across both markets, ensuring optimal ROI.

• Track and evaluate campaign performance, and continuously refine strategies based on data and insights.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with internal policies, industry codes, and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

Education/ Experience:

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical or other related discipline
  • ≥ 2 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience; oncology experience preferred
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment

Additional Notes :
• Role is based in Singapore, with regional responsibilities covering Malaysia.
