Product manager

Mission

Successful launch of Servier Oncology product, by developing strategies, implementing promotional campaigns, developing TAEs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of product strategy and operational plans.

 

 

Activities & Responsibilities

 

  1. Manage the marketing of responsible Servier products
  • Develop new product launch readiness, marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion.
  • Collaborate with cross-function teams (sales, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, business excellence, training) to develop, integrate and implement operational plans to make sure the product strategy alignment.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns with sales team, monitor & evaluate these activities & follow up KPIs.  
  • Collaborate with Servier Group to ensure that local plans are in line with the group product & communication plan.
  • Respect regulation and on label communication and validation all promotional materials by medical review.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, monitor and analyze customer behaviors & competitive landscape.
  • Regular report to top management and share local experiences and good practice to global team or other affiliates.

 

  1. Therapeutic Area Expert management

 

  • Establish and build relationships with TAEs, healthcare professionals, and relevant industry stakeholders and promote Servier Korea and its products through these contacts.

 

  1. Sales Forecast & Budget Management
  • Analyze market trends and sales potential and propose forecasts.
  • Ensure all promotional/marketing plans are implemented within specified budget.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Science or Business administration. 
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in Oncology.
  • Experience with new Oncology product launches preferred. 
  • Fluent in English (Verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of compliance in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong communication and influence skills
  • Excellent IT skills (Excel, Powerpoint)

 

 

 

The Product Manager reports to the Head of Oncology BU, Servier Korea.
