Medical representative - CMVD BU (Seoul/Gyeonggi area)

 

[Position] Medical Representative - cardio & metabolics (CMVD BU, Seoul/Gyeonggi area)

* 1 year Direct Contract for Maternity leave backfill

 

This role is pivotal as a territory representative with entrepreneurship, be responsible for the business with enhanced authority and responsibility based on Servier leadership model.

The incumbent ensures the promotion of Sevier products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory in compliance with the codes of ethics, also provides the necessary information on the product for optimal use for the benefit of patients to our HCPs.

 

 

 

[ Activity & Responsibility]

 

  1. Deliver Sales Target
  • Achieve annual sales targets and ensure adherence to compliance and code of conduct. 
  • Execute an effective sales action plan in line with company strategy.
  • Deliver accurate information to the HCPs on the product for optimal use and benefits of patients to influence HCP’s behaviors.
  • Implement call plan and promotional campaigns and programs effectively by ensuring quality CRM activities and interactive/engaging detailing presentation.
  • Provide identified HCPs with the digital service offerings and support that can be tailored to their needs and those of their patients.
  • Monitor regularly assigned territory sales performance to initiate appropriate actions to ensure performance is in line with objectives.

 

  1. Plan Territory Business
  • Analyze the market trend and situation in the territory and establish the optimal sales planning.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new products, promotional activities, etc. and communicate market intelligence to Sales, Marketing and Medical Affairs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and gain new or expanded business within territory while maintaining existing business.
  • Develop territory business plan to meet all objectives to revenue and activities.
  • Review business plan to ensure the effectiveness of action plan. 

 

  1. Ensure HCP Management      
  • Lead, coordinates, and manages the long term, consultative, HCP relationship to become the HCP’s trusted business advisor.
  • Identify HCPs’ needs and customize the selling messages to fill the HCP’s needs.
  • Response HCP inquiries and requests quickly by working closely with cross functional team for better HCP experience.
  • Resolve HCP complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
  • Orchestrate an ideal HCP experience by being thoroughly knowledgeable of HCP preferences for content and channels.

 

  1. Ensure to report and manage administration 
  • Submit activity and results reports such as daily call reports/weekly work plans/monthly & annnual territory sales analysis in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Manage the promotional expense within the assigned budget.
  • Handle resources of the company such as samples, promotional materials, etc.
  • Report adverse event of the products to PV team within the company policy.

 

[Requirement]

 

  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 1~2years Field Sales experience in pharmaceutical industry is MUST.
  • Sales experience for Cardiology or Endocrinology will be adavantage.
