Mission
- To accelerate the company’s digital transformation and drive Business Excellence by implementing key digital & omnichannel initiatives (both global and local) and leading the operation of digital & omnichannel platforms (e.g., MyServier, corporate websites,
GetResponse) - Alongside digital platform management, the specialist maximizes organizational productivity and cost-efficiency by successfully executing local IS projects, maintaining stable IT infrastructure, and strategically managing IT fixed assets and budgets.

Candidate Profile
Activities & Responsibilities
[Digital & Omnichannel Initiatives & Platform Management]
- Digital & Omnichannel Projects Support: Act as the primary point of contact to implement HQ-driven global digital & omnichannel projects (ensuring seamless localization) and actively support the execution of local digital & omnichannel initiatives tailored to specific business needs.
- Platform Operations: Manage the local operation of digital platforms (MyServier, corporate websites, GetResponse) utilizing global templates and guidelines.
- Content Management: Upload, update, and format local content (text, images, videos) ensuring it aligns with global standards.
- Basic Layout Adjustments: Resolve minor display issues and adjust simple layouts (e.g., text alignment, image sizing) within the existing templates using basic HTML and CSS.
[Local/Global IS Projects & IT Operations]
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and replacement of overall office IT infrastructure and peripheral systems (e.g., Network Closet, Network Equipment, printer systems, etc.).
- Collaboration Tools Support: Administer office video conferencing systems and collaboration solutions (e.g., Microsoft Teams room equipment), managing regular system upgrades and replacements.
- Application Management: Manage and ensure the uptime and optimal performance of assigned local digital platforms and IS services, acting as the primary technical owner for local availability.
[Group Solution]
- Deployment of Group Solutions: Provides the necessary IT/IS Technical support for the implementation of group solutions to replace local applications when required.
[Fixed Asset Management]
- Fixed Asset Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of IT hardware (Laptops, iPads, Monitors, etc.), including procurement, deployment, inventory auditing, and disposal.
- IT Budget Planning & Control: Forecast, plan, and manage the annual budget for IT infrastructure and hardware, ensuring cost-effective procurement and resource allocation.
[Cybersecurity Referent]
- Compliance with Group Cybersecurity Standards: Implement group cybersecurity policies and guidelines locally, and ensure the affiliate completes all required training.
- Cybersecurity Point of Contact: Serve as the affiliate’s primary contact for the Group Cybersecurity team; coordinate gap remediation, and log, escalate, and track cybersecurity topics/incidents through investigation and closure.
- SPRITE/CMDB Responsible: Ensure SPRITE is completed for all new applications and services and keep the CMDB accurate and up to date for all tools and services in use.
Requirements
[Knowledge & Academic Qualifications]
- University degree or equivalent in IT, Data Science or related major.
[Experience]
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system operations, and/or digital platform management.
[Required / Must-have]
- Platform Operations: Familiarity with the WordPress dashboard and a solid understanding of CMS workflows.
- IT Infrastructure & Asset Management: Practical expertise in managing local office IT infrastructure, hardware lifecycles, and collaboration equipment (e.g., Wi-Fi, Video Conference systems).
- Global Communication: Business-level English proficiency for direct collaboration with Global & Regional IT Organization.
- Tools: Expertise in Microsoft Office suite.
[Preferred / Nice-to-have]
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Web Front-End Proficiency: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the practical ability to troubleshoot and adjust simple codes within templates.
- Data & Analytics: Proficiency in creating interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI (Proficiency in Excel Power Query and Power Pivot is a strong plus) to support business insights and operational metrics.
