Job Description

Candidate Profile

[Activities & Key Responsibilities]

1) Core Responsibilities

• Partnership Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of strategic alliances, including partnership launches, ongoing development, and formal conclusions.
Contract Development & Execution: Contribute to the development of robust contracts with external partners to ensure efficient collaboration and full compliance with all contractual obligations.
Effective Governance & Stakeholder Coordination: Establish and maintain appropriate governance structures. Lead and steer various alliance committees in close cooperation with internal cross-functional teams and partners.
Risk & Value Assessment: Regularly evaluate the strategic and financial value of partnerships. Monitor operational performance and relationship quality, providing comprehensive status updates to senior management.

 

2) Key Duties

• Portfolio Management: Provide end-to-peer management for both Licensed-out and Co-promotion product portfolios.
Commercial Strategy & Operations: Oversee sales targets, forecasting, and inventory/order planning. Working with partners for marketing strategies, core messaging, and promotional activities.
Performance Monitoring: Conduct in-depth market analysis and evaluate partnership performance to inform contract renewals, modifications, or strategic shifts.
Financial Administration: Accurately calculate and manage the settlement of co-promotion fees and incentive payments.
Meeting Facilitation: Host and lead regular and ad-hoc committee meetings, ensuring clear documentation and proactive follow-up on all action items.
Strategic Communication: Plan and coordinate internal and external communications associated with each partnership to ensure alignment and brand consistency.
Business Intelligence: Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and collect competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making.

 

[Experience & Qualifications]

Tier 1) Ideal Candidate: At least 2 years of proven experience in Alliance Management within the pharmaceutical industry.

Tier 2) Strongly Preferred: At least 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing (Product Management).

Tier 3) Considered with High Potential: Candidates who do not fall into the above categories but demonstrate all core competencies listed below and show a strong commitment to reaching full operational proficiency within a 3-month onboarding period.
