About the Role

Join us at a pivotal moment as we prepare the launch of a high-potential therapy in Rare Oncology. As Global Product Director, you will lead the global brand strategy and launch readiness of a key asset, helping transform the treatment landscape for patients.


Key Responsibilities :

Global Strategy & Positioning

  • Define the global brand strategy and value proposition
  • Drive segmentation, targeting, and strategic priorities
  • Align key cross-functional stakeholders around a common vision

Launch Excellence & Readiness

  • Lead global launch planning, ensuring readiness across key markets
  • Define and deliver launch roadmap, milestones, and KPIs
  • Develop core global launch materials

Brand Plan Development & Execution

  • Build and deliver the Global Brand Plan
  • Drive omnichannel engagement strategies in rare oncology
  • Monitor performance and ensure compliant execution

Rare Oncology & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Integrate rare oncology specificities (expert networks, KOL centrality, patient journey)
  • Develop high-impact engagement strategies with KOLs and expert centers
  • Partner closely with Medical to deliver credible and differentiated scientific communication

Insights, Competitive Intelligence & Forecasting

  • Leverage market insights to continuously refine strategy
  • Anticipate and respond to competitive dynamics in a fast-evolving landscape
  • Contribute to forecasting and scenario planning in a rapidly evolving pre-launch context

Affiliate Engagement & Global-Local Collaboration

  • Build strong partnerships with priority markets and early launch countries
  • Drive co-creation with affiliates to ensure relevance and adoption
  • Lead Global Brand Team governance and alignment

Your Profile :

Education: Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business/Marketing or related field

Experience: 8–10+ years of proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing with experience in Rare Oncology

Hard Skills:

  • Proven track record in: Successful launch preparation and/or execution, Global or regional roles in matrix organizations, and Cross-functional leadership
  • Experience in KOL-driven ecosystems
  • Prior people management experience is a plus
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is a must, French is a plus

Soft Skills:

  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving context
  • Excellent cross-functional influence and collaboration skills
  • Ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable strategic narratives
  • High level of ownership, agility, and resilience
  • Strong business acumen and results orientation
