Environmental Sustainability Project Manager ( Apprenticeship ) M/W

Job Description

Main mission :

As part of Servier Group Sustainability team, you will work closely with the Group Environment Sustainability Lead and collaborate with vast range of internal stakeholders, to actively contribute to the implementation of Group environmental sustainability roadmap, built around 3 pillars: Climate, Nature, Product.   

Responsibilities 

Support key environmental projects: 

- Coordinate cross-functional efforts on product sustainability and ensure implementation of Servier Ecodesign Standard; 
- Contribute to defining the Group biodiversity strategy and building relevant KPIs for both Servier sites and value chain; 
- Enhance Group-wide communication & training strategy on environmental sustainability, creating engaging and accessible content for diverse audiences. 

Contribute to broader team activities: 

- Support Group environmental reporting, including carbon accounting and audit activities both at site and centralized level; 
- Monitor regulatory evolutions and conduct benchmarks with industry peers on topics such as climate, water, waste, biodiversity, product sustainability. 

Your Strengths 

- Initial knowledge of environmental sustainability topics (climate, waste, water, biodiversity, Life Cycle Analysis…). 
- A first experience in sustainability fields such as carbon accounting, decarbonization roadmaps, water / waste management, life cycle analysis, etc. 

Candidate Profile

• Education:

Master’s degree in Environment, CSR, Sustainable Development, or related fields.

• Hardskills :

Strong data analysis abilities and attention to detail; 
Solid project management skills to coordinate tasks and follow progress effectively; 
Comfortable with Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. 

• Softskills :

Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams globally; 
Curiosity, open mindset, and a strong team spirit.
