Role Summary
The Oncology Nurse Educator (ONE) is a critical, results-oriented role within the Oncology team. This role reports to the Associate Director, Nurse Education and strives to achieve Servier’s vision of transforming patient lives by delivering high-level clinical education and strategic support to Healthcare Professionals.
While primarily clinical, the ONE works in close strategic alignment with the cross functional matrix teams (marketing, medical affairs, L&D) to drive brand awareness and demand. The role is responsible for executing clinical education programs that support territory business plans, ensuring the safe and appropriate use of Servier’s portfolio, while contributing to the achievement of overall business objectives within an assigned geography.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical education to HCPs to support patient treatment.
- Strategic territory planning to successfully manage full account and clinical management of Asparlas/Oncospar business.
- Partner with Ojemda matrix teams to develop and implement thoughtful territory business plans.
- Utilize business plans and appropriate reports routinely to guide activity and ensure clinical initiatives align with territory objectives and tactics are consistently executed.
- Proactively create and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HCPs and healthcare organizations.
- Act as a clinical expert to help customers understand the benefits and appropriate use of Servier brands in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
- Coordinate, train and manage key speakers for Asparlas/Oncaspar within their respective geographies.
- Deliver formal branded and unbranded presentations (virtual and in-person) to improve product understanding. Including large-scale symposia at conferences, off-site speaker programs, and on-site clinical in-services.
- Monitor operating costs consistent with territory budget guidance. Achieve or exceed performance expectations within the assigned budget and territory.
- Develop strong, collaborative business relationships across a matrix of commercial and nursing partners to successfully deliver against business objectives.
- Comply with all laws, regulations, SOPs, and policies governing Servier activities. Represent the company positively and professionally at all meetings and functions.
Job Description
Candidate Profile
Education and Required Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required; Advanced degree preferred (MSN, NP, MBA)
- 5+ years of clinical experience in the Hematology-Oncology specialty required. Experience in both academic and community centers preferred
- 2+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience required
- CPHON, OCN, or AOCNP required (or obtained within 2 years of hire)
- Demonstrated ability to develop deep, effective working rapport and foster collaborative, consultative relationships with HCPs and internal commercial partners
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to lead 1:1 clinical conversations and stand-up education for large groups.
- Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills within the healthcare and pharma/biotech environment
- Demonstrated "results-oriented" mindset and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proven ability to maintain and share clinical expertise & disease state knowledge across multiple products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual engagement platforms.
Travel and Location
- Territory travel requirement is an average of 60% to 75%. Occasional weekend travel may be required
- Remote work position; applicant must live within the assigned territory

Salary Range
The salary range for this role is $141-$165k. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Employees in this position are also eligible for Short-Term and Long-Term incentive programs.
