Business intelligence analyst

Job Description

• Creation and optimization of regular reports based on assignments from operational departments with the aim of supporting effective data-driven decision-making.
• Adapting reports for various management levels – from strategic decision-making at the national level, through regional/territorial levels, to reports for daily operational decisions in direct contact with clients.
• Ensuring maximum automation of report processing and distribution.
• Management and continuous updating of the database of available reports, including user access management.
• Implementation of new reports into practice, including user training.
• Communication with data providers and mapping available data sources.
• Creation of ad-hoc analyses based on assignments.
• Support in the implementation of new digital tools, including artificial intelligence (AI).
• Close cooperation with the central team and with teams in other countries 

Candidate Profile

• University education (economics, data analytics, or IT)
• Experience in data processing and analysis.
• Knowledge of SQL, experience with SQL Server is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Python, data pipelines, and data automation.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and data analytics.
• Knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab).
• Experience with creating complex reports in Excel.
• User experience with AI.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking with a focus on problem-solving.
• Attention to detail, independence, and the ability to see connections in data.
• Communicative level of English.
