Commercial Support Specialist
Servier Malaysia is seeking individuals who have strong drive for results, passion for excellence and with high regard for honesty and integrity.
You will be play a key role in support the commerical operation department to achieve its goal and vision by effectively supporting its operations, by providing comprehensive administrative, clerical support and insights.
Responsibilities include:
1. Sales Enquiry and Order Processing
- Handle sales and pricing enquiry
- Preparing quotation and tender request in line with company pricing strategies
- Processing orders received through relevant processs and submitting to the distributor
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery
- Communicate order confirmations, shipment details, and any changes or delays to customers and the sales team
2. Sales Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales force, including preparing sales documents and reports
- Manage the sales team’s schedules, arrange meetings, and handle travel arrangements as needed
- Preparation of information (Sales targets, Targeted calls, etc.) into relevant formats to be uploaded into BI format
3. Record Keeping and Data Management
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all sales orders, sample order form, pricing request, tender documents and related documentation
- Update relevant tracking and tender forms
4. Coordination with Stakeholders (internal and external)
- Liaise with tendering agents , customers and distributor on pricing, quotation, stock status and relevant sales related information
- Tender coordination with sales, regulatory , finance and SFE
- Work closely with the sales and finance team to ensure SF claims compilation and submission according to the claims requirement
Desired Skills, Experience and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in related field
- Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably with a focus on sales support and order entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge in Power BI and/ or Veeva is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data entry and document preparation
- Ability to multitask and priotize effectively in fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
