Marketing Analyst

Mission

Collect, analyze, and interpret market data to support strategic decisions. Additionally, will manage operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have analytical and operational skills, as well as a strong understanding of data analysis tools

Activities & Responsibilities

• Operational Activities:

  • Coordinate with agencies and suppliers for the development and organization of events and materials.
  • Organize and monitor the marketing budget.
  • Analyze market data and product performance to support the marketing team in evaluating event impact, regional investment, and franchise performance.
  • Quote promotional material and create purchase orders.
  • Assist at conferences and coordinate the shipment of promotional materials.
  • Support product launches and make international material purchases.
  • Manage the SAP purchase order system.

• Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market studies and assess the competition.
  • Analyze campaign data using Veeva.
  • Develop predictive models and market segmentation.

• Strategy and Presentation:

  • Collaborate on the development of marketing strategies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.

Requeriements

 Education:

  • University studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, CRM, Veeva, PPT, AI).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).

Operational Skills:

  • Budget, event, and purchase order management and organization.
  • Experience in quoting promotional material and managing suppliers.
  • Ability to assist at conferences and coordinate shipments and product launches.
  • SAP purchase order management.

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Proactivity and organization.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, creativity, and organizational skills.
