Candidate Profile
[Activities & Responsibilities]
- Territory & Performance Management
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative territory analysis, including epidemiology, institutional dynamics, referral flows, and competitive landscape.
- Develop resource allocation plans to optimize call activities, budget deployment, messaging, and cross-functional internal support.
- Plan and execute efficient field coverage and travel routing to enhance individual productivity.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders in territory to drive performance.
- Accountable for achievement of all commercial KPIs and business objectives within the territory.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Conduct advanced segmentation based on potential, influence, adoption ladder, disease/brand perception, and medical community networks.
- Conduct multidimensional analysis of the above factors and apply to manage either individual or grouping when appropriate.
- Tailor engagement using strategic, scientific, and commercial tools and communication channels.
- Identify and address clinical and operational unmet needs to strengthen brand value and treatment adoption.
- Serve as the professional representative of Servier in assigned territory and as internal subject-matter expert for regional insights.
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Localize and execute national brand strategies and key messages to align with business priorities and maximize brand value.
- Collaborate with Marketing to identify local issues and leverage points, co-design optimal selling and engagement models, and drive execution excellence.
- Lead or support multi-center detailing, regional symposia, and cross-institution initiatives to expand product awareness and brand adoption.
- Lifecycle Excellence & Market Optimization
- Utilize internal/external resources to secure optimal uptake before and after launch milestones.
- Maximize share growth pre- and post-reimbursement through tailored access, education, and engagement initiatives.
- In mature lifecycle stages, implement defense strategies to protect and sustain market position.
- Scientific Development & Engagement
- Stay current on emerging clinical data, treatment guidelines, and scientific trends relevant to on-label indications.
- Monitor territory-specific scientific issues of on-label indications, and collaborate ith Medical and Marketing to address them proactively.
- Partner with MSLs to ensure timely, appropriate dissemination of clinical highlights and guideline updates of on label indication to HCPs and MDTs.
- Cross-functional & External Collaboration
- Demonstrate strong matrix teamwork across internal teams and external partners to deliver business and patient-centered objectives.
[Requirements]
- +5 years of pharmaceutical commercial experience (Marketing or Sales).
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Oncology, Hematology, or Rare Disease experience strongly preferred.
- Launch and Reimbursement experience is a strong asset.
- Strategic thinking, influence, and scientific/clinical communication capabilities.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and ability to develop trust-based, long-term professional relationships.
- Operate in a dynamic and complex environment with agility and resilience.

- High ethical and compliance standards
- Solid knowledge of MS office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
