As an Area Business Manager, you will drive territory performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets and business KPIs by effectively leading Medical Representatives and executing strategic initiatives.
- Deliver territory sales targets and business KPIs
- Lead and ensure effective execution of brand strategies and promotional initiatives
- Drive expansion of business opportunities within assigned territories
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and risks
- Ensure effective administrative and operational management within the team
- Manage cross-functional collaboration and internal stakeholder relationships
- Coach and develop team members to enhance field performance and capabilities
