Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the organization.
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs.
- Utilize various training methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning approaches.
- Design engaging and effective training materials, such as learning modules and workshops.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments.
- Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and changing organizational needs.
- Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Source and manage relationships with external training providers and consultants.
