Learning & Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the organization.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs.
  • Utilize various training methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning approaches.
  • Design engaging and effective training materials, such as learning modules and workshops.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments.
  • Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and changing organizational needs.
  • Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Source and manage relationships with external training providers and consultants.
