Institutional Sales Officer

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare Monthly Sales Analysis / Sales forecast and street sales analysis for management review.
- Execution of Sales orders (Part 1 & Part 2) timely after ensuring advance Payments.
- Expiry management and Stock Transferring from low moving stations to high moving stations on RD levels.
- Preparation of Tender Documents & Participation all over Pakistan.
- Issuance of Price Quotations and Authority Letters to Concerned Distributors/Institutions.
- Third Party Due Diligence of the Distributors.
- Contracts/ Agreements/Addendums management between distributors and Institutions.
- Allocation of Sales objectives on the basis of Trends/Forecast and on Past Sales.
- Coordination with Finance and Plant team to execute Institutional Sales orders with Special instructions i.e. special stamping/Packaging/shelf life and other documentation.
- Ledger’s reconciliation with Customers and Finance.
- Issuance of Credit Notes against Expiries/Damages and Rate Differences.
- Inventory Management at Distributor’s end.
- Coordination with all supporting departments for smooth working.
