Human Resources Officer

Activities & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting and coordinating interviews.
  • Ensure all hiring activities are completed in line with company policies and compliance standards.
  • Maintain recruitment records and documentation as per audit requirements.
  • Support employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Assist in the execution of performance management cycles (Performance Appraisals and other global initiatives etc.
  • Maintain performance documentation and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure their accuracy as per compliance and audit standards.
  • Assist in HR data reporting, HRIS updates and regular workforce updates.
