Job Description
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy;
- Minimum work experience: at least 2 years in Pharmacovigilance on the position of PV Specialist;
- Good knowledge of local PV legislation/guidelines;
- Experience in ICSRs processing, PSURs submission;
- Ukrainian: native, English: Intermediate level.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communication with HCP, Patients for safety information collection (adverse events – AEs, Special Situations - SSs); accurate and timely processing of incoming PV information in the company safety database;
- Expedited reporting of ICSRs to local RA as per local PV legislation and global company’s SOPs;
- Reporting of Periodic Safety Update Reports to local RA;
- Communication with local RA and HQ;
- Literature screening;
- Ensuring appropriate recording and documentation of all PV-related processes;
- Ensuring reconciliations;
- Involving with other PV processes.
