Territory Hospital Coordinator - Jeddah KSA

➢ The Territory Hospital coordinator will build and maintain strong partnerships with Therapeutic Area Experts and Healthcare Professionals to support product enlistment and market presence, ensuring a smooth listing process.

➢ Plan and execute product events while managing stock levels, tracking, and providing monthly forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals.

➢ Report on market intelligence, sales trends, and other activities, while maintaining compliance with company policies.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with selected TAE’s/HCP’s.
  • Regularly help in engaging TAE’s in National meetings, symposium, designed workshops from marketing/Medical teams.
  • Update the doctor list and team target for key accounts on a quarterly basis.
  • Lynx ambassador, depending on the team's situation and needs
  • Manage the enlisting of products in assigned accounts (as defined by the RSM). - This includes supporting accounts with necessary documents, answering inquiries, facilitating, and accelerating listing process.
  • Create Monthly Report for newly launched products to track product availability, monthly consumption and closing stock.
  • Help in developing comprehensive event plans, in collaboration with CFT’s.
  • while ensure all activities comply with company policies and SFDA regulations and conduct post event evaluations to gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with the commercial excellence team to identify selected accounts for regular visits and follow-ups (if needed), aiming to improve sales performance and enhance Servier approach to those selected accounts.
  • Provide the sales team and concerned departments with account insights, sales trend, and market dynamism. 
  • Explore new accounts and business opportunities while reassessing the potentiality of current visited accounts
  • Develop comprehensive strategic plans tailored to each key account to enhance collaboration and partnership, aligning with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Support in implementing company initiatives such as digital and omnichannel campaigns, pharmacy campaigns, preparation of promotional campaigns, involved in testing campaign and conducting market surveys on the related product.

 

Role Requirements

Educational qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
  • Certificate in key account management is an advantage

Relevant Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years/+ of total experience in pharmaceutical sales.
