About the Role
We are now seeking a dynamic and ambitious sales representative to join our team. This full-time role is integral to the success of our corporate ambition, contributing to the growth and promotion of our pharmaceutical products within Hong Kong and Macau market.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote company pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals by utilizing marketing promotional resources strategically and professionally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors and other key decision-makers.
- Achieve individual sales targets assigned by the company.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all internal processes (e.g., pharmacovigilance, code of ethics) and local code of practice.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Science Discipline or equivalent
- At least 2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge in Macau market will be a definite advantage.
- Result-oriented, enthusiastic with ambition and team spirit
- Strategic mindset in market analysis, objectives setting, action plans development and implementation
- Good communication and language skills, including English and Chinese
- Willing to travel to Macau on a regular basis
