Training Officer (Third-party Contract)

Mission: To create, to plan, to implement and to evaluate Training courses in line with Company Training strategy and values.

Main responsibilities

  1. To build up scientific documentary source and create teaching tools in an innovative way.
  2. To conduct and follow up Training activities in house and in field, about environments, products and skills in order to help MRs give the most efficient call.
  3. To ensure Training follow-up through dual calls and visits on the field.
  4. To closely collaborate with Marketing, Patient & Medical Affairs and Field Force to understand theirs need and to strongly support for Campaigns building and implementing, internally and externally.
  5. To contribute to Training team development.

Requirements:

Professional experience:

  • Include successful experience on Pharmaceutical Field, both in qualitative and quantitative parameters.
  • Professional appearance.

Personal Profile:

  • Strong scientific / product knowledge
  • Good in English (4 skills reading, writing, listening and speaking)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to manage different personalities in a training course
  • Analytical skills and planning skills
  • Strong digital skill is considered as an advantage
  • Passion for teaching and ability to learn
  • Dynamism, creativity and commitment
  • Able to work under high pressure
