MISSIONS:
The Therapeutic Education Team (TET) is a new integral division within the Medical and Patient Affairs Department (MPA) of Servier (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. Its mission is to provide solutions (beyond the pill) to Health Care Professionals (HCP) and Health Care Organizations (HCO), such as hospitals, healthcare centers, and SOH/CDCs, … to assist patients with chronic diseases in managing their health.
Nhóm Tư vấn Giáo dục Bệnh lý là một nhánh mới của Bộ phận MPA – Công ty TNHH Servier Việt Nam. Mang trong mình sứ mệnh là mang các giải pháp đến với các nhân viên y tế (HCP) và tổ chức y tế (HCO) như bệnh viện, trung tâm Y tế, Sở Y tế / Trung tâm Kiểm soát và Phòng ngừa Dịch bệnh, …, mục đích hỗ trợ các bệnh nhân có bệnh mạn tính trong việc quản lý sức khỏe.

Therapeutic Education Specialist (TES) is a professional who integrates existing solutions from HCP/HCO with innovative approaches to develop more effective disease management packages. There are 7 TESs, under the leadership of the Therapeutic Education Manager (TEM), who will be assigned to the Hanoi, North, Center, HCMC, and Mekong areas to deploy nationwide activities.
Chuyên viên Tư vấn Giáo dục Bệnh lý là người giúp tích hợp các giải pháp quản lý bệnh đang có của các HCP/HCO với các tiếp cận đột phá, sáng tạo để tạo ra các gói giải pháp mang nhiều hiệu quả hơn cho các HCP/HCO trong việc quản lý các bệnh nhân của mình. Có tất cả 7 chuyên viên TES, dưới sự dẫn dắt của Quản lý Nhóm Chuyên viên Tư vấn Giáo dục Bệnh lý (TEM) sẽ được phân công theo các khu vực Hanoi, North, Center, HCMC và Mekong để triển khai hoạt động trên khắp cả nước. 
 

RESPONSIBILITIES
Program set-up and design.
•    Together with TEM, TES will identify potential health facilities to implement the Therapeutic Education Solution in the assigned area with support from the PA Team, CE Department and related departments./ Cùng với TEM xác định các HCP/ HCO tiềm năng để triển khai Giải pháp Giáo dục Bệnh lý trên địa bàn được phân công với sự hỗ trợ của Bộ phận PA, phòng CE và các phòng ban liên quan.

•    Develop an action plan consistent with the company's strategy and local reality./ Xây dựng kế hoạch hành động phù hợp với chiến lược của công ty và thực tế tại địa bàn

•    Update & finalize a list of HCOs/ HCPs interested in the company’s Therapeutic Education Solutions, such as the Elfie mobile application./ Cập nhật và hoàn thiện danh sách các HCO/HCP quan tâm đến các Giải pháp Giáo dục Bệnh lý, như là triển khai Ứng dụng di động Elfie.

Program Implementation
•    Cooperate with project team, partners, and relevant stakeholder to implement the program in assigned territory in terms of timelines and quality, based on project planning, and budget set:/ Phối hợp với ban quản lý dự án, các đối tác và các bên liên quan để triển khai các chương trình trên địa bàn được phân công, đảm bảo tiến độ, chất lượng và dựa trên các kế hoạch cũng như ngân sách được phân bổ:

• Promote the company’s Therapeutic Education Solutions, especially the Elfie mobile application to HCPs and Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs)./ Giới thiệu gói Giải pháp Giáo dục Bệnh lý, đặc biệt là Ứng dụng di động Elfie đến với các HCP và TAE.
• Enhance the scientific support for the company’s Therapeutic Education Solutions among TAEs./Tăng cường hỗ trợ khoa học cho Giải pháp Giáo dục Bệnh lý của công ty với các TAE.
• Represent the company by participating in and organizing scientific events and projects./ Đại diện công ty tham gia và tổ chức các hoạt động sinh hoạt khoa học và dự án.
• Analyze the results of Patient Affairs projects, Therapeutic Education Solution to adjust action plans for the assigned territory./ Phân tích kết quả hoạt động của các dự án đang triển khai ở địa bàn để điều chỉnh kế hoạch hành động phù hợp

•    Cooperate closely with PA to manage and enhance the quality of Ngay Dau Tien (NDT) service at hospitals with NDT corner:/ Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận Các Chương trình liên quan Bệnh nhân để quản lý và nâng cao chất lượng của các dịch vụ Ngày Đầu Tiên tại các bệnh viện có góc tư vấn Ngày Đầu Tiên:

• Be the main interface to NDT hospital; coaching and/ or support of nurses in the NDT corner; focusing on improving NDT corner quality./ Là đầu mối liên hệ chính tại các BV có NDT; huấn luyện và/hoặc hỗ trợ điều dưỡng ở góc NDT; tập trung vào việc cải thiện chất lượng góc NDT.
• Monitor the scientific activities which run by Field Force team on time./Hỗ trợ giám sát các hoạt động sinh hoạt khoa học được thực hiện bởi đội ngũ FF theo tiến độ thời gian.
• Make sure there are always enough supporting documents on site./Luôn đảm bảo luôn có đủ các tài liệu hỗ trợ khi thực hiện dự án.
• Expanding NDT in new hospitals (if required)/ Mở rộng dự án NDT đến các bệnh viện mới (nếu được yêu cầu)

•    Oversee the sponsorship activities to support healthcare education program / awareness campaign if it is applicable in your area of responsibility./Hỗ trợ bộ phận PA giám sát các hoạt động tài trợ các chương trình giáo dục sức khỏe / các chiến dịch nâng cao nhận thức tuân thủ các quy định về Tuân thủ của Seriver trên địa bàn nếu có.

•    Support general projects such as Elfie Ambassador, POP, DOL, etc./Hỗ trợ các dự án chung như Elfie Ambassador, POP, DOL, v.v.

•    Direct contribution to target commitments with company./Đóng góp trực tiếp vào các mục tiêu cam kết với công ty.

Program quality assurance.
•    Manages and ensures full adherence to Servier Vietnam's compliance, administrative, and financial requirements, in line with the internal procedures and partner specifications, and in consultation with the line manager./Quản lý và đảm bảo tuân thủ đầy đủ các yêu cầu về tuân thủ, hành chính và tài chính của Servier Việt Nam (SVN), phù hợp với các thủ tục nội bộ và thông số kỹ thuật của đối tác cũng như tham khảo ý kiến của quản lý trực tiếp.
 

Analysis & Reporting
•    Ensures collection, consolidation, and review of project information, according to SVN’s and project team monitoring, evaluation, and learning guidelines./Đảm bảo thu thập, tổng hợp và xem xét thông tin dự án theo hướng dẫn giám sát, đánh giá và học tập của SVN và nhóm dự án.
•    Analyze operational results in the area under your responsibility, discuss with direct management to have appropriate strategic development plans./Phân tích các kết quả hoạt động trên địa bàn mình phụ trách, trao đổi với quản lý trực tiếp để có các kế hoạch chiến lược phát triển phù hợp.
•    Make daily and monthly work reports on the LynX reporting system according to company regulations./Thực hiện các báo cáo công việc hàng ngày, hàng tháng trên hệ thống báo cáo LynX theo quy định của công ty.
•    Participate in regular company meetings and other meetings as required by work and projects./Tham gia các cuộc họp định kỳ của công ty và các cuộc họp khác theo yêu cầu của công việc và dự án.
 

People Relations & Teamwork
•    Directly report to Therapeutic Education Manager /Báo cáo trực tiếp cho Quản lý Nhóm Chuyên viên Tư vấn Giáo dục Bệnh lý

•    Coordinate, motivates & support team members, and partners./Điều phối, khuyến khích và hỗ trợ các thành viên khác của team và các đối tác để cùng đạt kết quả dự án 

•    Cooperate with FF team, and partners, within guidelines and project budget./Phối hợp với FF team, và các đối tác trong phạm vi hướng dẫn và ngân sách dự án.

•    Other duties required by the line manager./Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do quản lý trực tiếp yêu cầu.
 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
•    At least a bachelor’s degree in specialized/relevant technical field of healthcare especially Pharmacist, Public Health, Doctor /Tối thiểu bằng cử nhân chuyên ngành/kỹ thuật liên quan trong lĩnh vực y tế, đặc biệt là Dược sĩ, Y tế công cộng, Bác sĩ
•    Experience at a Key Account Specialist or at least 2-year experience of Medical Rep/ Drug Introduction position at multinational pharmaceutical companies or Project / Program Site Coordicator for reputation healthcare organization is preferred. /Có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Chuyên viên tư vấn khách hàng hoặc ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Trình Dược Viên tại các công ty dược phẩm đa quốc gia hoặc Điều phối viên thực địa tại các tổ chức Y tế uy tín.

•    Master the working process with associations / SOH / Hospitals/ Nắm vững quy trình làm việc với các Hiệp Hội / Sở Y tế / Bệnh viện 

•    Understand and ensure compliance with regulations of the Law and Pharmaceutical companies./Hiểu biết và đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định của Pháp luật và công ty Dược.

•    Good capacity to identify business drivers and to assess return on investment./Có khả năng nhận diện và đánh giá tiềm năng thị trường.

•    Excellent communication, presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills./Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình, dẫn dắt và tạo lập mối quan hệ xuất sắc.

•    Independent working and problem-solving skills./Kỹ năng làm việc độc lập và giải quyết vấn đề.
