Job Description
1. Scientific Engagement
• Develop and maintain trusted scientific partnerships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct high-quality scientific exchanges on disease state, clinical data, treatment guidelines, and company products.
• Identify and map key stakeholders within assigned therapeutic areas.
• Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries in a compliant and balanced manner.
• Gather and communicate medical insights to internal teams.
2. Medical Strategy Execution
• Execute field medical activities aligned with local medical plans.
• Support implementation of medical objectives and scientific priorities.
• Identify emerging trends, unmet medical needs, and competitive intelligence.
• Contribute local perspectives to medical strategy development.
3. Evidence Generation
• Identify opportunities for:
• Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS)
• Real-World Evidence (RWE) projects
• Collaborative research initiatives
• Support investigators through the study lifecycle.
• Facilitate scientific discussions related to ongoing and future clinical research.
4. Scientific Meetings & Congresses
• Support regional and national scientific meetings.
• Participating in professional scientific events such as Advisory Boards; Expert Panels; Scientific Roundtables; Medical Education Programs; National and International Congresses
• Capture and communicate relevant congress insights.
5. Clinical Trial Support
• Identify potential investigators and study sites.
• Support clinical trial feasibility assessments.
• Facilitate communication between investigators and clinical development teams.
• Increase awareness of company-sponsored clinical trials.
6. Medical Education
• Deliver scientific presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Provide disease-state education and updates on emerging data.
• Support scientific training activities for internal colleagues when appropriate.
• Ensure accurate understanding of product efficacy, safety, and treatment positioning.
Candidate Profile
Professional Background:
• MD, Pharmacist, PhD, MSc, or other advanced degree in life sciences.
• 2-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, or Clinical Research, or Oncology practice. Clinical or research experience in oncology is preferrable
Hard Skills:
• Oncology treatment landscape.
• Clinical trial design and interpretation.
• Medical and scientific literature evaluation.
• Drug development process.
• Healthcare compliance requirements.
• Ability to critically evaluate clinical data.
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful clinical messages
Soft Skills:
• Good communication skill
• Good collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and stakeholder management skill
• Excellent presentation skills
• Peer to peer scientific discussion capability
• English : Intermediate level
