Medical Science Liaison - Oncology

Job Overview: The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is responsible for building and maintaining collaboration with Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs) and healthcare professionals to support the scientific and medical objectives of the company. The MSL provides medical and scientific information to healthcare providers, supports clinical research, and ensures the appropriate use of the company’s products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • KOLs/TAEs engagement & awareness :
    • Build and maintain collaboration with TAEs and key stakeholders  in oncology
    • Continuous provides healthcare providers  with medical information, clinical information, latest research about our oncology products
  • Mapping HCOs/HCPs : Identify the list of HCOs and HCPs as main centers and key stakeholders involving in treatment for certain cancers.  
  • Support for Regulatory and Market Access:
    • Collect the need & request for SIQ from Hospitals for oncology products
    • Generate advocacy/ generate evidences preparing for entering the products to National Re-imbursement Drug List
    • Assist in preparing scientific materials for regulatory submissions and market access dossiers
  • Implement and Follow up SIQ/PAP/MAP/EAP  
  • Field-Based Insights: gather insights from HCPs regarding treatment practices, patient needs, and emerging trends to support company's strategic planning and marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor or Advanced degree in medical field (e.g., Medical Doctor, Pharmacist , PhD).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar position in an International Pharma Company , especially having experience working on innovative oncology products (Targeted therapy or Immuno Therapy)
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of clinical research, drug development, and regulatory requirements.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong team work, ability to present complex scientific information clearly.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to meet with HCPs and attend conferences.
